GD6-200C給袋式包裝機(jī)
本機(jī)是在消化和吸取國(guó)內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，研制出的新一代產(chǎn)品。它應(yīng)用廣泛，適用于各種物料的包裝。通過(guò)與液體灌裝機(jī)、組合秤、螺桿秤等配套使用，可進(jìn)行液體、粉劑、顆粒、固體等各種物料的包裝，只需根據(jù)不同的物料選擇不同計(jì)量充填裝置即可。該機(jī)采用了國(guó)際知名品牌的PLC控制系統(tǒng)和觸摸屏的操作系統(tǒng)，使用變頻調(diào)速裝置,在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)可隨意調(diào)節(jié)速度;具有自動(dòng)檢測(cè)功能(如不開袋或開袋不完整時(shí),不加料,不熱封,袋子可再次利用。);當(dāng)工作氣壓或加熱管故障時(shí),將有報(bào)警提示。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要可選擇工位要求（如六工位，八工位）。本機(jī)與物料接觸部位均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制作。本機(jī)符合GMP要求。

Using the famous brand PLC and touch screen, it is easy to operate. Frequency control device can adjust the speed optionally in the suitable limit. IF the bag is not opened enough, the automatic detection function will not fill and seal and reuse the bags. It can alarm when the working air pressure and heating pipe have breakdown. According to the capacity, you can choose different working positions like six and eight.
